How to fix error with a command like x:\windows\system32\cmd.exe when Install or restore

hi all,
I have a problem with my Laptop HP DV3t-2000. whenever I install or recovery i got a prompt and I cannot handle any thing. After for a long time and try many situation, I found that my keyboard is damage, in detail the ctrl button is out of order.
My solution is i use another keyboard with USB support after that if my installation is ok. I keep right ctrl button and press esc one. So i can use it normally.
